As part of our commitment to strengthen communities, Clarks Landing has been a proud organizer and supporter of community events and local charity.
Clarks Landing has worked for several years to support St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. For the last three years, Clarks Landing has been the presenter for the Jersey Shore St. Jude Walk/Run to End Childhood Cancer event. #TeamClarks has contributed over $80,000 in donations and has helped contribute to thousands more for St. Jude from the teams that participate in this event.
Fish ‘N for the Cause is an annual tournament held between May and November by Clarks Landing to supports local cancer survivors. Some of the beneficiaries over the six years Clarks Landing has held the tournament include, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital®, Lunch Break Soup Kitchen, The Cancer Concern Center of Point Pleasant Beach, Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, and Hometown Heroes- Restore the Shore. Lunch Break Soup Kitchen served all the donated fluke/flounder, bluefish and striped bass at their soup kitchen.
Since Fish’N for the Cause began in 2012, Clarks Landing Yacht Club has raised more than $75,000 in charitable donations supporting cancer research and treatment.
