We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Manager to join our premier Boat & Yacht dealership located in the Annapolis Area. We are seeking a dynamic individual to lead our sales team in achieving and surpassing sales targets, while ensuring exceptional customer service is delivered.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the Sales Team effectively follows successful sales processes, including timely completion of paperwork, and that the customer has an excellent buying experience
- Develop and maintain a high-level of product, market and industry knowledge, and obtain maintains strong familiarity of all brands at their location
- Utilize sales tools, including CRM, to ensure the team is performing daily follow up and prospecting for new customers, as well as communication on a regular basis with existing sold customers
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships to strengthen customer loyalty, increase referrals and enhance dealer reputation
- Present products to customers and prospects professionally, prepare quotes, complete trade evaluations, and present pricing consistent with achieving margin and customer satisfaction goals
- Partner with Business Admin for presentation of finance products, preparation of closing documents, and setting up deliveries
- Promote teamwork, support and work with other team members, departments, and locations to ensure the customer has a seamless experience through the sale, financing, delivery, and subsequent servicing of the boat
- Actively participate in boat shows, store, and off-site sales events
- Manage showroom inventory, ordering and coordination of display
