Captain Chuck is a retired Navy Intelligence Chief with over 42 years of combined government service. Chuck is working part-time as a Delivery Captain, Marine Trainer, and Sales Professional with Clarks Landing. 

KT Nesbitt is a passionate individual with a lifelong love for life on the water and what he calls "yachttirement." After working in luxury car sales, KT transitioned into yacht sales, where he found his true calling in helping clients find the perfect vessel.

Matt Weimer brings over 30 years of experience in the marine industry with him to Clarks Landing. With a background as a yacht broker and new boat delivery specialist, he possesses extensive
knowledge in nearly all aspects of the marine business. He has worked as a private yacht captain, delivery captain, and in the commercial industry on tugboats.

An Annapolis native, Matt graduated from the college of Charleston in 1996, where he actively participated on the sailing team. Despite his professional commitments, Matt remains a passionate sailboat racer, having journeyed across the United States, Europe, and the Caribbean for races and boat deliveries.

Residing in Crownsville, MD with his wife, two daughters and a dog, the whole family shares a deep appreciation for boats and a lifestyle on the water, as evidenced by their own diverse assortment of sailboats, powerboats, and inflatables.

Matt holds a USCG 100-ton license and is recognized as a Certified Professional Yacht Broker and was a recipient of the EYC Foundation’s Outstanding Marine Wizard award in 2018.

Andre is an experienced yacht captain with a decade of global experience, including multiple Atlantic Ocean crossings on various catamarans and monohulls. He successfully completed a circumnavigation of the world in 2019. Transitioning to a land-based life, Andre now works as a yacht broker, utilizing his expertise to assist others in pursuing a fulfilling life on the water. He finds joy in sharing his knowledge and helping people achieve their boating aspirations.

Ty grew up in the small town of Broomes Island on the Patuxent River where he spent most of his time crabbing, fishing, and boating along the Patuxent.

Growing up with his family owning Len's Marina, Ty is no stranger boating. He would spend his summers working alongside mechanics on outboard engines. He has always had a passion for boating!

Apart from boating Ty loves to play baseball, after playing in college he now helps coach at his old high school team.
